Shipping policy

Orders are passed to the fulfilling warehouse within one business day. Most items are dispatched within two business days of that.

The window shown on each product page covers dispatch plus transit. It is an estimate, not a guarantee — carriers and customs occasionally add time.

If your order passes the top of its estimated window, contact us and we will investigate. We do not make you wait an arbitrary extra period before we will help.

Every order ships with tracking. You will get the number by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, and it is also on your order page.

If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on orders over the threshold shown in your cart.

If a parcel is returned to the warehouse because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the item value.
