Privacy policy

When you order: your name, email, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We need all of it to get a parcel to you.

When you browse: anonymous page-view and add-to-cart counts so we can tell which products people find useful. IP addresses are hashed with a rotating salt before storage — we do not keep raw addresses.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with advertisers.

We do not store card numbers. Payment details go directly to our payment processor.

Only the parties needed to complete your order: the supplier or warehouse fulfilling it, the carrier delivering it, and our payment processor. Each receives the minimum needed to do their part.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email support@example.com and we will action it. Where the law requires us to keep a transaction record we will tell you which parts we cannot delete and why.
